Save your Chair at the 2025 WTBA Annual Convention! REGISTRATION CLOSES JANUARY 23rd
CONVENTION REGISTRATION FEE: Includes daily General Sessions, Breakfasts, President’s Welcome Reception, Closing Banquet, and Hospitality each evening. Member: $1,400 Spouse/Guest: $700 Children (under 18): Complimentary. Please register all children so that we have an accurate count for meals. Event cancellation policy: Full refund if notification is submitted via email to wtbaevents@wtba.org 10 days prior to the event.
OPTIONAL GROUP ACTIVITY & FEES: Both optional group activities will take place on the afternoon of Tuesday, February 25th. Sightseeing Luncheon Cruise: $200 Golf Outing: $175 Greens Fee/$75 Club Rental
ROOM RESERVATIONS AT MARGARITAVILLE HOLLYWOOD BEACH RESORT: The WTBA Room Block at is now full. Reservations at a higher room rate may still be available by calling the hotel direct at 954-874-4444. CLICK HERE to make reservations and receive the discounted group rate $410 + taxes & daily $20 resort fee. A variety of suites at a higher rate are also available on our reservation link. if you need assistance making your reservation, please contact the resort directly at 954-874-4444. For those wanting to extend their trip, the discounted group rate is available three days pre/post based on availability. The WTBA Guest Room Block will be held until January 23, 2025 or until the room block is full. Please note that any reservations made after that date will be based on availability and the discounted group rate will no longer be available.
